HOME WORKSPACE PROGRAM 2026

The 15th edition of the Home Workspace Program (HWP) runs from from January 6 - July 16, 2026 and is structured around theoretical, and skill-based workshops, guided by local and international artists, and one-to-one sessions with mentors and advisors.

HWP 2026 Fellows: Sevada Andonian, Umut Ballıkaya, Gabriella Choueifaty, Ghida Dalloul, Soraya Salwan Hammoud, and Rana Saad.

Past editions of HWP were open to applicants from around the world, however, due to the exceptional nature of the situation in Lebanon, HWP 2026 prioritized artists and cultural practitioners living and working in the country.

ABOUT THE HOME WORKSPACE PROGRAM

Launched by Ashkal Alwan in Beirut in 2011, the Home Workspace Program is an arts study program open to artists from Lebanon and the world over to develop their formal, technical and theoretical skills in a critical setting.

HWP was initially developed to explore interdisciplinary, critical models of art education in Lebanon and beyond.
